I bring more than thirty years of experience across enterprise IT, pharmaceutical, charitable and public sector organisations.
I have served as IT Manager for a globally distributed organisation, with responsibility for infrastructure operations, network resilience and security incident escalation. Earlier roles included systems integration, CRM platforms, business intelligence delivery and large-scale data projects supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
I understand both the technical challenges of maintaining complex systems and the business consequences when those systems fail.
